I want to change the course of my life, because I realize that I am overweight, and that it is going to kill me one day, if I do not make some changes to the way that I live my life. I do not know of very many people who are both old, and very overweight. As such, I am going to try to lose some weight, and to also change the way that I live my life. I am going to start with trying to find 10 ways to stay healthy and to use those tips and to incorporate them into my every day life.
I have bought a couple of books on the subject, but I have not had any time to read them as of yet. I am going to look for tips on the Internet as well, because I am sure that it is a good place to look for such information. I am going to need to find a new variety of recipes to use, instead of the recipes that I used to cook. I am from the south, and in the past, my cooking has involved copious amounts of butter. I use to fry a lot of stuff, and fried pork chops were something that I made on a weekly basis, even though they were terrible for me.
I did not really care about my health until recently, when I had a serious health scare. It has not been a very fun month, but it turns out that I do not have the condition that my doctor seemed to think that I had initially. There was a false test result, and it really caused me a lot of alarm. I am going to take it as a message that I need to change my life though.
