My Chiropractor in Cumming Georgia Gets Me Through My Winter Back Trouble

The winter months work on my back. The pumpkin pie weight does not help either. I lose that when the weather breaks and begins to get warmer. It was worse when we lived up north. It is nicer down here in Georgia during January and February comparatively. I keep my chiropractor in Cumming GA in business during the winter months. The indoor part of my job that picks up in the winter is slower and I sit a lot more. I get stiff in my back. Then I go home and veg out on the couch some evenings. If it is not hot enough to be out on our boat in shorts and a tee shirt, then I kind of lose interest. I am made for the warm weather I guess.

Even a little bit of sedentary living starts to broaden my midsection and work on my back. The chiropractor keeps me from complaining about back pain all winter long. If I am moving, it must keep the joints flowing with smoothness. If I slow down the smoothness stagnates, and my back stiffens up something terrible. I feel it in my neck, shoulders upper and lower back. My knees will hurt as the temps drop too. Imaging does not show any arthritis, but you would think I have it the way it hurts me in the winter.

The heat of summer makes me feel great. The longer daylight hours and everything about it makes me feel tremendously better. I do worse on the gray days, and pain is just exacerbated then. Maybe my back hurts more than I realize in the summer. All I know is that I get relief going to see my chiropractor in Cumming GA in the wintertime. It makes it so I can sit at my desk and get through the winter and look forward to summer and being outside again.
